Casa De Campo & SQAIRZ Golf Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. Sponsors:
The Giveaway is sponsored by SQAIRZ ("Sponsor"), located at 54 Stiles Rd, Ste 205 Salem, NH 03079, in collaboration with Casa De Campo, ProXR Pickleball, Yobow, The Dink, Pickleball Central, Leadbetter Swing Aids, Golf WRX, Golfballs.com, Golfbreaks, Muev, Northeast Media, and PGA Memes (collectively, "Co-Sponsors").

2. Eligibility:
This Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of SQAIRZ, Casa De Campo, ProXR Pickleball, Yobow, The Dink, Pickleball Central, Leadbetter Swing Aids, Golf WRX, Golfballs.com, Golfbreaks, Muev, Northeast Media, PGA Memes, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

3. Agreement to Rules:
By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. Entrants also agree to opt-in to receive marketing emails from SQAIRZ and the Co-Sponsors, with the option to opt-out after the contest concludes.

4. Giveaway Period:
The Giveaway begins on February 15, 2025, at 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on March 15, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET (the "Giveaway Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible.

5. How to Enter:
To enter the Giveaway, participants must complete the entry form available on the Giveaway website or social media channels during the Giveaway Period. The entry form will require participants to provide their email address, agree to receive marketing communications from SQAIRZ and the Co-Sponsors, and accept the Giveaway Terms and Conditions.

6. Prize:
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of:

  • A 4-night golf trip for four (4) people to Casa De Campo, including:

    • 4-night stay for 4 people in a 4-bedroom fixed villa

    • Two 4 passenger golf carts for transportation within the Resort during stay

    • Daily breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Resort selected restaurants

    • Unlimited drinks by glass at the Resort selected restaurants, bar & lounges

    • Unlimited golf on Dye Fore and The Links (Teeth of the Dog will be closed from January 20, 2025, for 11 months)

    • Unlimited use of the pickleball courts

    • One visit to Minitas Beach Club restaurant

    • - Transfer to and from the LRM or PUJ

    • - Use of the Fitness Center

  • A pair of SQAIRZ shoes and an accessories bundle for each of the four (4) winners

  • A paddle from ProXR for each of the four (4) winners

  • A Yobow BakPak for each of the four (4) winners

  • One (1) winner will receive exclusive Red Carpet one-on-one golf instruction from David Leadbetter, followed by lunch with Mr. Leadbetter

  • A $500 virtual gift card from Muev

  • One (1) winner will receive three (3) hours of golf instruction from Nick Bradley himself followed by lunch with Nick. As part of the package, Your Golf Technique and Nick will Provide 2 Follow up Video lessons, Copies of Nick Bradley’s Books and $750 Travel Voucher

The total approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Grand Prize is $40,600 USD. The prize is non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize or a component thereof for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.

7. Winner Selection and Notification:
The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor on or about March 17, 2025. The winner will be notified via the email address provided in their entry within five (5) days following the selection. The Sponsor shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings or for the provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within two (2) days from the time the award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.

8. Rights Granted by Entrants:
By entering this Giveaway, participants agree that the Sponsor, Co-Sponsors, and their respective affiliates, licensees, successors, and assigns will have the right to use, in perpetuity, all information provided during the entry process for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Entrants also grant permission to the Sponsor to contact them for administrative purposes related to the Giveaway.

9. Privacy:
The collection and use of personal information provided in connection with this Giveaway will be governed by SQAIRZ’s privacy policy. Entrants’ information will be shared with the Co-Sponsors and other participating brands for marketing purposes. Entrants may opt out of such communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the communications.

10. State-Specific Privacy Notices:
In compliance with the privacy laws of certain states, including but not limited to California, Colorado, Virginia, and Connecticut, the following additional terms apply:

a. California Residents (California Consumer Privacy Act - CCPA):
If you are a resident of California, you have the right to request that the Sponsor and Co-Sponsors disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected about you, the categories of sources from which your personal information is collected, the purpose for collecting your personal information, the categories of third parties with whom we share your personal information, and the specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you. You also have the right to request that we delete any of your personal information that we have collected (subject to certain exceptions), and the right to opt-out of the sale of your personal information. b. Colorado, Virginia, and Connecticut Residents:
If you are a resident of Colorado, Virginia, or Connecticut, you have the right to access your personal data, correct inaccuracies in your personal data, request the deletion of your personal data, and obtain a copy of your personal data. You also have the right to opt-out of the processing of your personal data for targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, or profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. 11. Limitation of Liability:
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, Co-Sponsors, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize or any portion thereof.

12. Disputes:
This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New Hampshire, without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Giveaway, the participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in New Hampshire, having jurisdiction.

14. Miscellaneous:
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions or in a disruptive manner.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Sponsor and the entrants and shall not be modified except in writing by the Sponsor.

15. Entrant’s Personal Information:
By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to the collection and use of their personal data as described in these Terms and Conditions and the Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
